Shipped by ETOUMAÏ 

 

Shipped by ETOUMAI items are offered by a third party vendor, but are shipped to you by an ETOUMAI distribution center. 

All ETOUMAI shipping rates and policies apply to these items when shipped within the United States by our partner carriers. International shipping may not be available for all items. 

When we ship your order, we indicate the carrier, the shipping date and the expected delivery date of your package in the shipping confirmation email. You can track your package on the selected carrier's website. 

 

We also handle all customer service and product returns for items shipped by ETOUMAI. 

Orders containing FBA items offered by third party sellers can be delivered to Metropolitan France and Monaco and to countries of destination supported by the "Shipped by ETOUMAI" export. The seller, at its discretion, decides whether or not to support the Shipped by ETOUMAI export. Currently, only multimedia items (books, music, DVDs and video games) can be shipped outside the EU.

ETOUMAI has partner carriers. Some third party sellers on the platform may use the shipping services of our partner carriers. 

 

Information on the delivery 

The carrier partner contacts you when your package is approaching and its delivery man is responsible for passing it on to you, leaving it in a mailbox, in a relay point or other according to the choice of shipping. 

It is possible that the tracking indicates that we have delivered your package but that it is not in your possession. Check to see if the package was left with the janitor or a neighbor. Contact sav@etoumai.com if necessary. 

 

Delivery Instructions 

To ask the delivery person to leave your package with a receptionist, janitor or neighbor, contact the carrier in charge of the package directly or contact Customer Service at sav@etoumai.com

You can manage your delivery addresses in Your Account. Your information is saved and applies to future orders.
